Toyoda’s Toyota Problem

In the past months it has been in the news that Toyota has had to recall over 8 million toyotas over a safty concern of the accelerator  sticking and accelerating.  There has also been blame on the braking of the cars.  The problem is where the blame lies should it be on Toyota or should it be with the UAW that manufacturs the cars and that their safety standards were so low.  Who should be in court over the issue?  Toyoda is trying everything in their powers to regain customer loyalty, and their reputation.
